Here’s what your coaching experience includes:
✔ One-on-One Attention: You’ll work directly with Nina, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, who specializes in working with older adults.
✔ 30-Minute Weekly Sessions: Sessions are held once a week by Zoom or phone—whichever is easier for you.
✔ Personalized Guidance: We’ll talk through how you're feeling physically and emotionally, and introduce small, manageable steps that can improve your balance, strength, and daily confidence.
✔ Safe At-Home Movements: You’ll learn simple exercises you can do in your living room using a chair, counter, or wall for support—no equipment needed.
✔ Ongoing Support: Nina will check in with you, adjust recommendations as needed, and help you build habits that support long-term wellness.

Wondering About the Details?
Who is this program for?
This coaching program is designed for older adults who want to improve balance, feel more confident moving through daily life, and reduce their risk of falling, whether they’ve had a fall before or want to prevent one.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to participate?
Not at all. You can join sessions by phone or Zoom, whichever is easier. Nina can also help with scheduling if needed.
What happens during each coaching session?
Each 30-minute coaching session includes a supportive check-in, gentle guidance, and practical steps tailored to your needs. Your coaching session may include simple at-home movements, wellness tips, and strategies to improve balance and mobility.
Do I need special equipment?
No equipment is required to join the program. In some cases, Nina may suggest simple, affordable tools (like a resistance band) to support your progress, but these are always optional and not required.
Is this a physical therapy program?
No. This is a wellness coaching program focused on fall prevention through lifestyle and habit changes. It does not provide medical care or physical therapy. Always consult with your physician before starting any new health program.
How do I get started?
It begins with a free 15-minute call. You’ll talk with Nina about your goals and see if it feels like the right fit. From there, she’ll guide you through the simple next steps.
