I’ve always felt at home in the company of older adults. From childhood, I was drawn to the stories, wisdom, and warmth of my grandparents and their friends. That early connection has shaped everything I do today.
As the founder of Step Ahead Coaching, I specialize in helping older adults prevent falls and feel more secure in their daily lives. I’ve seen firsthand how one fall can change everything—not just physically, but emotionally, financially, and socially.
That’s why I created a coaching program that’s proactive, personal, and grounded in compassion.
With a Master’s Degree in Gerontology and board certification as a Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), I bring both knowledge and empathy to every session. I’m also a Therapeutic Yoga Specialist (Yoga Medicine) and a Certified Balance and Fall Prevention Specialist.
Over the years, I’ve supported older adults in nursing homes, led meaningful activities, and provided hands-on help with daily tasks. That experience deepened my commitment to helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity.

Let this be your reminder:
You are not too old to grow.
You are not too old to change.
You are not too old to enjoy life deeply.
You are not too old to surprise yourself.
Every day offers a chance to begin again—to strengthen your balance, improve your wellbeing, connect with others, and rediscover what makes you feel alive.
We celebrate the small wins together because even one more confident step can open the door to a more active, fulfilling life.
I encourage my clients to stay curious by asking questions, trying new approaches, and staying open to change. Even small shifts can lead to surprising breakthroughs at any age.
I make everything as clear and manageable as possible so myclients can focus on steady progress without added stress.
I help clients build strength and confidence from the inside out because feeling steady starts with believing you can.
